I kicked things off by talking through what's drawing investors toward commercial property, how it differs from residential and where it can fit into a broader investment strategy. Finally, Chris walked us through the numbers behind the decision. Structuring, tax considerations and the financial factors worth flagging before you commit to a commercial property purchase. With 27 years of accounting experience and two thriving practices behind him, Chris brings a sharp commercial and taxation perspective to the conversation.
