Buying a new home is exciting — especially when it means making space for a growing family. But it can also bring a few challenges, especially when you need to sell your current property first. That’s exactly the situation my clients were in recently, and I’m proud to say we navigated it together with a great result.

With baby number two on the way, my clients were ready to upsize and had found their dream home. The catch? They needed to sell their existing home before they could proceed.
