Another solid week on the lending front, with a good mix of straightforward home loan work and a couple of files that remind you there’s always a real story behind the application.

Derek had three housing deals moving across ING, Resimac, and Regional Australia Bank. This is a nice example of why lender choice matters. Even when the goal is the same (a home loan), the best fit can change depending on the scenario, policy and how the application’s being structured.

Tasha progressed a home loan for a client through Northern Inland Credit Union which is a nice example of using lenders outside the big banks when the fit is right.

Sonia also had a home loan progressing with St.George, keeping things ticking along on the core home lending side.
